Question
We are using your X7DCA-I mainboard (latest Bios) and we have enabled Adaptec RAID for a RAID 1 with 2 drives this together with a SATA NEC (Sony NEC Optiarc) AD-7203S (-0B) player. But we get a Blue screen while installing Windows 2003 using the SATA player, just before we can partition of the hard disks.
Disconnecting the SATA NEC player and installing windows 2003 with IDE DVD is no problem If i connect the SATA NEC player after the installation back to the system, it will not get recognized?

We have seen this issue before, you probably have Firmware version 1.06, please upgrade (1.09) van de Optiarc AD-7203S .
