Does X7DVL-E onboard HostRAID support to create two arrays from ESB controller? Can I use two 2TB drives to create RAID0?

You can have multi-arrays from ESB controller. However, the maximum capacity per a single RAID volume is 2TB. In your case, RAID0 (total will form 4TB volume) is not supported due to oversizing. But it can support RAID1 (max. is 2TB)
