I have purchased a Super server 6026T-6RF+ with a battery backup unit. It seems some parts are still missing and I cannot hook up my battery backup unit. Please advice.

It is possible that you only ordered the battery unit (BTR-0018L-0000-LSI). Please make sure you also ordered the battery kit (BTR-0018L-Kit) which includes the required bracket, adaptor, and cable.
