Is it possible to apply Adaptec F/W on Supermicro ZCR card AOC-LPZCR1 (it is jumpered in SAS mode)?

No, the firmware is not the same, if you flash the Adaptec firmware, the card will not function anymore, and there is no possibility to flash back to the SuperMicro firmware.
