Question
My motherboard is the P4SCT+II. When I am copying lots of files or a large file, the Windows 2003 SBS server will crash with “STOP 0x000000D1" error. The BSOD references “aar81xx.sys”. I had tried the driver from https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SATA/Adaptec_Marvell_H1/Windows/. It wouldn’t help. What may have caused it?

Please refer to Microsoft KB article KB890554: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/890554. This problem occurs when a browser announcement frame is incorrectly processed by the server message block (SMB) redirector. The SMB redirector tries to run code that is paged out and that cannot be paged in at the current interrupt request (IRQ) level. This is not the RAID controller issue. Please apply the hotfix in KB890554 or upgrade the Windows to the latest.
