Question
I ordered a MCP-290-00057-0N rail and received a different rail as this rail does not fit my sc848 chassis. The rail is not wide enough and the slits on the arms that the hooks on the chassis are supposed to fit into are not at the right spacing. What’s wrong with it?

The SC848 chassis originally used the MCP-290-00014-00 rail. After rev. A8, it was changed to the MCP-290-00057-0N rail. You have the chassis older than rev. A0; you should use the MCP-290-00014-00 rail.
