Is it possible to just upgrade the power supplies in CSE-748TQ-R1200B to 1400W in order to make the chassis capable of supporting the MBD-H8QGi-F?

The CSE-748TQ-R1200B has two standoffs which are not aligned to the H8QGi-F motherboard's screw holes. You need to use 748TQ-R1400B rev. K chassis. It will not work by replacing the power supply along.
