Can you help check MBs that work with Dual Xeon Socket 771 (Xeon 54xx series) that have 4 to 5 PCI or PCI-X slots?

You can use the X7DBE-X motherboard as long as it has the latest bios and board revision. It is limited by FSB. Read the CPU limitation on the link.
