We have four bad CBL-0386L 4-port cables in 847E16-RJBOD1 chassis that need to be replaced. They are connected in a different way and we can’t see any way to remove the faulty cables. Can you please give us instructions on how to remove and replace the CBL-0386L 4-port cables?

Below is the image capture of the screws needed to remove the CBL-0386L 4-port cables. The left 3.5” HDD trays would need to be removed to see these screws. FAQ_11614.gif
