Question
I have your server 6026T-NTR+ and AOC-USAS2LP-H8IR. Install Cent OS v 5.6. During OS boot we get these 4 error lines.

PCI: Failed to allocate memory resource #12:20000@fbf00000 for 0000:0a:00.0
PCI: Failed to allocate memory resource #15:20000@fbf00000 for 0000:0a:00.0
PCI: Failed to allocate memory resource #12:20000@fbf00000 for 0000:0a:00.1
PCI: Failed to allocate memory resource #15:20000@fbf00000 for 0000:0a:00.1
What is causing this PCI error?

There is an option in the BIOS under Advanced - PCI/PNP Settings - SR-IOV. The option set to "Disabled" by default, make sure the option is select to "Enabled" then it will correct the PCI error.
