Could you tell me if the X8STI-F MB is compatible with the SC512F-350B chassis? Can the fan tray be rotated 180 degrees, like in SC512F-260 chassis, to move the fans to the right for the CPU?

Yes, they are compatible, but the fan tray in SC512F-350B chassis can't be rotated. Please use the optional MCP-310-18009-0N air shroud in X8STi-F motherboard for better CPU cooling.
