I just purchased this Super Server 1026T-M3 through a third party vendor. The included rails have a minimum 4-post span of 26 inches. However, I am attempting to install this machine in a rack that is 24 inches deep. Is there another rail kit compatible with this chassis that I can be used with a 24 inch deep 4 post rack?

You need short depth rail kit. Here is the part number, you may order from Super Micro RMA parts department.
