Do you know of any documentation on modifying SDR records for PWS-361-1H (or how to modify them) to be able to represent the power consumption of the power supply as a sensor?

We do not have experience using the SDR software. For your reference, below is the SDR document that we found on the web.

The PMbus slave address of the PWS-361-1H power supply is 0x78 (PMbus), 0x70 (FRU).

The power supply AC input power consumption is slave address 0x78, offset 0x97.
