I am trying to find a 1U riser card for CSE-512L-200B Chassis to support with Intel D510MO Atom board. Could you let me know the correct Super Micro part number to order?

You might need to check with Intel to make sure their motherboard can support riser card. I see the motherboard spec and layout, the PCI-E x16 slot are on 7th IO slot expansion slot. If even you can install the riser card onto motherboard but it cannot mount the IO bracket of the add-on card to chassis expansion slot.
