Question
I have inconsistent memory speeds on my system. I have 6 stick,
populated as following : CPU1, dimms 1A,1B, 2A,2B CPU2, dimms 1A,1B
dmidecode reports the following speeds :
(cpu0)
DIMM0,BANK0 : 400MHz (2.5ns)
DIMM1,BANK1 : 200MHz (5.0ns)
DIMM2,BANK2 : 400MHz (2.5ns)
DIMM3,BANK3 : 200MHz (5.0ns)
(cpu1)
DIMM6,BANK6 : 400MHz (2.5ns)
DIMM7,BANK7 : 200MHz (5.0ns)
I am used Supermicro H8DA6+ with 2439SE opterons

Please request BIOS file : H8DA60.517 from Supermicro Tech support can fix this problem.
