For the X7DCX motherboard, which PCI-E slots will go through the PCI-E Bridge? Please clarify.

Answer
The slots 2, 3 & 4 go to the PCI-E Bridge. The slots 5 & 6 go to the North Bridge, the slot 7 goes to the South Bridge.
