Will the PWS-2K53-BR power supply work with two 110vac inputs with 120 deg phase difference? Or do I need two 110vac inputs 180 deg phase difference (220vac)?

The PWS-2K53-BR is designed for 208Vac single phase. If you want to use 2 phase of 120Vac x1.7 = 204Vac for this PWS-2K53-BR, it should be OK.
