Question
I am using ipmiview, and need to manage our server from a another console. I installed ipmiview on the other system, but my serverlist is empty now. It will take a long time to enter manually 200 servers on another console, I want to make it automatically. Is this possible?

Answer
We do not have a official procedure to do this. But you can copy .properties files from your old workstation to your new one. You can find them in %programfiles%\supermicro\ipmiview folder. But it will only work when both ipmiview (on the old and the new system) are of the same version. The files are
timeout.properties
IPMIView.properties
email.properties
account.properties

Now your serverlist on the left side in ipmi will be there again.
