I bought the memory Kingston DDR2 1GB PC800 (Part Number: KVR800D2N6/1GB) and I will install on Supermicro H8DA8-2 but it´s not working with this memory. Do I need to update my BIOS? Is it working with memory?

This is unbuffered non-ECC memory which is not supported by this board. This board only supports RDIMM ECC memory:

Memory Type DDR2 800/667/533/400 MHz Reg. ECC SDRAM 72-bit, 240-pin gold-plated DIMMs
You can use one of those listed in “Tested memory List” link on the same page.
