I'm willing to upgrade the CPU on my system. I just wanted to know if the Intel Xeon X3360 Yorkfield 2.83GHz 12MB L2 Cache LGA 775 95W Quad-Core Processor BX80569X3360 is compatible with the motherboard.

This is a 45nm CPU:

which is not supported by PDSMU, it only supports 65 or + nm CPUs.
