Question
I have a X9SCV-Q system. When pressing the power button, the fan speeds up, there is a short beep, but no video output. After 3-4 seconds the system shuts back down with the same beep, then back up again after 3-4 more seconds. The second time it starts the same beep occurs, but this time the system keeps running (fans run). The system can be powered off by holding the power button for about 4 seconds. While the system is running, neither the on-board nor the front power LEDs are lit. Please advice.

Please remove the CPU, and then start the board with an empty socket. Upon restarting with the CPU re-inserted, the video output shall start to work. A message will appear that the CPU has been changed, and system should work fine.
