I have this X7DVL-E (Rev. 1.21) and I would likes to know how PCI slots scan if a card is being seen.

Answer
Go into the BIOS setting under Advance Boot Feature and find the option called “Quiet Mode” and disable it. Once disabled then upon booting-up, you can see the BIOS summary table scan your device.
