We have a AOC-USAS-H8iR card. Can you give me a guide to upgrading the firmware of the above mentioned card?

Download MegaCLI update tool ftp://ftp.supermicro.nl/driver/SAS/LSI/1078/Firmware/MegaCLI/
Download latest firmware: ftp://ftp.supermicro.nl/driver/SAS/LSI/1078/Firmware/
Then use Command syntax:
MegaCli -adpfwflash -f mr1078fw.rom -a0
