I got the error message "Failed to initialize PAL" when update FW from IT to IR mode on AOC-USAS2-L8i. How should I update the FW?

Please download the latest PH14.0 FW from our FTP: https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SAS/LSI/2008/IR_IT/Firmware/IR/PH14.0/. If you are updating FW on X9 MB, you need to boot into UEFI shell, and execute SMC2008R.nsh to update FW.
