In short, as much information as possible. The following could be used as guidelines:
1) Motherboard and revision
2) CPU models
3) BIOS revision
4) Memory
5) HDD
6) Operating System (32 bits or 64 bits)
7) RAID information
8) Drivers
9) Hardware devices and other relevant system setup information as well as steps to reproduce problem.
