Question
I was looking in the wireshark capture. Do you know what 4014 is?
It seems to be something Supermicro related.

Answer
This is an ARP request. The NIC needs to send some data but doesn't know the MAC of the recipient. It finds this out by sending an ARP (Address Resolution Protocol) request.
