The AC loss recovery [power on] option on H8DMU+ MB not working after system turns off normally. Do you have any idea of it?

Please follow this procedure:
1. Go into BIOS load Optimal default settings
2. Set the “Restore on AC Power Loss [Power On]”
3. After system normally turn off, remove power cord and make sure the power in the system is completely gone, which will take approximately 5 to 30 seconds.
