Question
The AOC-SIM1U-3D supports two giga-bit ethernet ports, port 1 is for IPMI and port 2 is for the 3rd LAN data. Is it possible for port 1 to be used as LAN data instead of IPMI?

No it is not possible, 1st port is IPMI only.
