What is the difference between add-on cards AOC-SAS-H8iR and AOC-USAS-H8iR?

AOC-USAS-H8iR uses a UIO slot on the mainboard, while AOC-SAS-H8iR uses pciEx8 interface instead of UIO interface on the mainboard.
