I am using CSE-825TQ-560LPB with 560W power supply. I want to change to redundant power supply, so I wonder if I can use PWS-702A-1R and PDB-PT825-8824 for the chassis.

Yes, it needs to remove PWS-561-1H. You can use x2 PWS-702A-1R and x1 PDB-PT825-8824.
