x8sax (w3550, 3x 4gb ST, 3x 2gb ST, wd1001flas 1tb, gv-n240d3-1gl 1gb pcie) Win7 pro 64bit latest bios, all updates ... everytime I do the shutdown - the PC reboots ?!
