Question
I have a mainboard with ICH10R onboard SATA chip. I would like to create two RAIDs volumes with RAID5 config, one is having 100GB and another is having 2.9TB (each HDD contains 1TB). My Operation system is XP 32bit SP3. However, I only can see 100GB RAID volume shown in device manager. The rest of RAID volume is disappeared. Why?

Answer
For Windows XP 32bit, it only supported upto 2TB per RAID volume (as boot device). If the size is over 2TB, then it won't be able to show in XP 32bit. If you have 64bit OS and cannot see this support, please update the patch as following. http://support.microsoft.com/kb/925475
