On you website I read that Rail set CSE-PT08L supports from 13.1" to 33.1". Can you explain to me how it is possible that it supports from 13.1" to 33.1", or is this a typo on your website?

This is because the rear bracket of CSE-PT08L can be installed in two directions: with mounting hole in the back, the rail can support up to 33.1"; with mounting hole in the front, the rail can support down to 13.1". This is not a typo.
