How to configure raid 5 on a Super Micro Server 6026T-3RF?

For on-board LSI 1068E SAS controller support raid level 0, 1 and 10. In order to build raid level 5 it is required to purchase optional AOC-iButton68 raid key then insert into raid key socket and then follow instruction on the user manual/on screen for raid level 5 setup.
