May I use a third party PCI-E video card on X7SBI? If not, do you have any recommendation for single CPU socket motherboard or super server?

The PCI-E slot on X7SBI is for any card other than graphic. So you need to use the X7SBI on-board graphic. All X8 series single CPU socket motherboard can use 3rd party video card. 5016T-T or 5016T-MRB should be a good choice.
