We have one of your H8SSL-i2 boards:

and have some problem with DVD/CD ROM detection, so we flashed the latest bios on your website in hope it would fix the problem. Instead of fixing the problem, it causes system unable to POST and start. What is the issue?

If depends on which Revision of board you have, for different Revision boards you have to flash different BIOS. If wrong BIOS version flashed, it may cause no boot. Please see the BIOS update page link on

for details. Please pay attention on PCB Rev no and corresponding BIOS version that can be used.
