I had C2SBC motherboard , I ran into the error
“*** Hardware Malfunction
Call your hardware vendor for support
NMI: Parity Check/Memory Parity Error
*** The system has halted *** “

I need to disable PCI SERR# generation. Is this possible on this motherboard?

Yes, you can, please email to support@supermicro.com and ask for BIOS C2SBC1.113. It will disable the PCI SERR# function.
