Do you know how to backup Phoenix bios in DOS?

You can try below two parameters with the Phoenix BIOS flash tool from our website.

/BU[=Name] --Backup flash memory into BIOS.BAK before programming. If Name is specified, it overrides the default filename BIOS.BAK.

/RO[=Name] --Read contents of flash part and save to a file.
