My system model is 5037MC-H8TRF when I install Windows 2008 R2 (MSDN version) why can't I find the LAN controller?

Please make sure the latest driver is used, you can download from Supermicro FTP ftp://ftp.supermicro.nl/driver/LAN/Intel/
