I have the SuperServer 5013G-M / 5013G-MB and looking for 1X sticker for the LED's and RESET, ON/OFF button and 1X sticker with "Supermicro" on it (front)

These are two labels and you will need to order one of the following complete assemblies depending on which color you need:

MCP-210-00004-01 Black front panel for SC512C
MCP-210-00004-02 Beige front panel for SC512C
