The SC825TQ-560V comes equipped with the PWS-561-1H and dummy power cover CSE-PT0130.
Can a second power supply be inserted into this chassis, for redundancy?

No, you can’t. The PWS-561-1H is harness PSU not hot-swappable PSU, so you can’t add 2nd power module.
