Please note that we have received a consignment of Supermicro CSE-M35TQB caddies which do not appear to have a buzzer installed on the blackplane. The left circle A displays past caddy backplanes with buzzer present. The right circle B is the backplane which our last consignment had (buzzers missing). Could you please enlighten us whether this will be a Supermicro standard.

That is correct, with newer units it has been removed due to EMI impact, but customers can get optional buzzer with part no: ALM-0005L-0000-CRT
