I tried a Core i7 Lynnfield CPU on your X8SIE-F, although your website doesn’t state it’s a supported CPU, but the system still boots up fine, can I continue using it?

The CPU was not officially supported by Intel on this chipset. We strongly recommend you to use the ones listed on our site; if you still intend doing so in the long run, the it will be at your own risk.
