I am using 6027TR-H71RF. Only CPU1 is installed in each node. However, all the hard drives are powered on but not being detected.

Answer
The hard drives are controlled by the adapter card BPN-ADP-SAS2-H6IR and the adapter card is controlled by CPU2. CPU2 is required in order to see the hard drives.
