Question
We have a machine with a X8QBE-LF motherboard. It seems slower in memory-access / -bandwidth than X8QBE-F. Do you know why?

Answer
Because the X8QBE-LF has 2pcs Millbroke instead of 4pcs per CPU. X8QBE-LF use 1pc Millbroke for two DIMM channel, X8QBE-F use 1pc Millbroke for 1 DIMM channel. This why X8QBE-LF can’t reach 90GB/s but X8QBE-F can reach 90GB/s bandwidth.
