I need to replace a forensic workstation and need some final information. I am looking at the X8DTH-iF motherboards, but I need to know if the board will operate with the Intel xeon X5690 CPUs (these are six-way cores and 130W units)?

X8DTH-iF motherboard supports Intel Xeon X5690 processor, but please do not use them with 1U chassis due to thermal issue.
