In X9DRi-F board I'm looking for the following BIOS options required by public tender specification, but couldn't find:
Enable/Disable - Intel Single Root I/O Virtualization Enable/Disable - NUMA Support
Is there any X9Dxxx board that support these options, or is there any reason that it is not included in BIOS?

Our X9DRx board does support NUMA and Intel SR-I/O.

You can find NUMA option at BIOS menu \ACPI Settings. <-- defaults is enabled.
If you enable the BIOS menu \PCIe/PCI/PnP Configuration \ASPM Support then it will enable the Intel SR-I/O, but there is a limitation. The PCIe slot link to PCH doesn't support ACS feature. The PCIe slot from CPUs does support ACS feature.
