I have a system with X9SCM-F motherboard, Intel Xeon E3-1230 CPU, 8Gx4 Kingston ST KVR16N11K2/16 DIMMs and Seasonic 400W 80 Plus Gold Fanless ATX12V/EPS12V Power Supply, but system does not POST. Can you help?

You are using the wrong type of memory DIMMs. X9SCM-F motherboard only supports DDR3 ECC Un-Buffered memory (UDIMM). Kingston KVR16N11K2/16 is DDR3 Non ECC Un-Buffered memory, and is not supported by X9SCM-F motherboard. Please replace your system with correct type of memory.
