We have your X9DRE-LN4F with latest BIOS from your website, after installing Windows 2012, there are some "Base System device” under device manager. How do I install their drivers?

Win 2012 should have drivers for these devices already. If there still be unknown devices, suggest to install chipset driver from our latest CD from:
https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/CDR-X9_1.13_for_Intel_X9_platform/Intel/INF/
