Question
I have a X9DRW-iF, and I can't use KVM, and I can't update the config at all.

I tried updating to the latest IPMI firmware, 1.13.0. The problem persists. I tried restoring KVM settings from default -- same, the problem persists. I've tried entering all manner of values for ports, etc. I've tried disabling the KVM.

Please update the firmware to 1.15.0. Then let it reset itself. After that, power cycle the system by removing the AC power and waiting for 30 seconds before plugging it back in. Once the IPMI is back up, do a factory default to reset the IPMI settings to default. This should clear the strange value for the KVM port and allow you to use KVM again.
